Tarangire National Park
The park is located in Northern Tanzania and connects well with Ngorongoro crater and Lake Manyara. Tarangire is a protected area of colossal baobabs grassy plains, and huge herds of Elephants. The park is one of the most underrated of Tanzania’s attractions which means more space and exclusivity for those who do make it to Tarangire. During the dry season, Tarangire has the highest concentrations of mammals in the country. There are wild dogs and rare antelope such as gerenuk. The park is ideal for those who want to explore beyond game drives, walking through the savannah and study the smallest creatures and learn about tracking animals.
